SERVICE TERMES AND CONDITIONS

Important: It’s essential that you read and understand the following information before making your reservation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to request clarification.

Hotels: All accommodation is in double or twin-bedded rooms with private baths wherever possible.

Meals: All meals inclusions and exclusions as listed on your typed itinerary. Breakfast is generally continental. French influence prevalent in the hotels and tourist restaurants, with a limited selections of American, Asian or other European dishes. Try local dishes, they are delicious!

Sightseeing: All entrance fees are included for places stated on your itinerary. Your sightseeing is done in the company of an English-speaking guide whose knowledge of the area will be of great assistance. Do ask your guide about local customs, bargaining procedures, local restaurants, shopping etc…

Luggage: We regret it’s not possible to include general luggage handling in the cost of your tour. Porters are normally tipped approximately € 1 per bag.

Photography:You can photograph most things and people with ease. If in doubt, check with your guide. It’s a good idea to have small coins available to pay for the privilege of photographing some individuals, sometimes even the landscape.

I/ RESERVATION
All requests for reservations should be send by partner tour operator, individual or group Via FAX or E- mail. Booking (notified 90 days prior by partners) are then made effective After Ebony has confirmed them by FAX or E-mail.

1) EBONY TRAVEL & TOURS OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY

- To provide confirmed and prepaid services according to the particular conditions of Payment.
- To provide or assist upon requests partners in obtaining visas for staffs, crew or Individual to be charge 30.5Euro/pers.
- Ebony tour & travel shouldn’t be held responsible for any miss happenings that are due to changes in itinerary of land or air services, national forces or any other major cause or force Majeurs( Hotel requisitions war and so on).
- Assistance for lost luggage’s and shipment being in partner’s charge.

2) PARTNERS OBLIGATIONS/ LIABILITY
- To provide EBONY TRAVEL & TOURS (operator) with all necessary information
- Totally prepay all services booked according to EBONY TRAVEL & TOURS

3) CONDITIONS/ METHOD OF PAYMENT
Full payment must be completed 30 days before arrival date.
Method of payment will be made up by each particular case and should be send by wire Transfer before confirmation of services.

4) CANCELLATION POLICY
- Penalties will be applied for confirmed and not executed services;
- All cancellation must be received in written form;
- When your cancellation is received the following penalties be applied:
0% when received 30 days prior arrival date
25% when received 29 to 21 days prior arrival date
50%when received 20 to 15 days prior arrival date
75% when received 14 to 10 days prior arrival date
100% when received 9 to 0 days prior arrival dates

5) REFUND POLICY
There will be no refund for unused services.

6) ADDITIONS & ALTERATIONS
All additions and alterations to this agreement shall be valid only if made in writing and duly signed by both parties, even if they form an appendix to the present contract.
